The Service Assistant will work with the service manager and administrative manager to handle the administrative tasks related to the activities of the service department. This job will require an initial 2 - 3 week training period in our Ashland, VA headquarters. 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Understands and uses all aspects of the CRM service module and related SAP modules to prepare quotes, orders, deliveries and invoices.
  • Communicates with customers regarding the repair process and the status of repairs.
  • Logs instruments as they arrive for service, and are returned to customer.
  • Maintains department records and files.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years of administrative support experience.
