Responsibilities & Qualifications

As Service Manager, you are managing day-to-day operations of in-house, field service, and support activities in the Southern Region (TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, and Caribbean) and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the service team, including personnel decisions, performance appraisals, and training requirements
  • Monitoring metrics including MTBF, MTTR, revenue/head, profit margins, etc.
  • Maintaining policies and procedures according to corporate and industry standards, and ISO17025 requirements
  • Reporting of failure trends and product weaknesses

Skills and qualification you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
  • Strong trouble shooting, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • 3 years of management/leadship experience and 3 years of experience in a technical services environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and passport
