As Contact Review Specialist, you are a critical part of our administration team and involved in legal aspects of our day-to-day operations. The position is based at our US Headquarters in Ashland, VA 

The base salary range for this position is $70,000/year to $75,000/year and depends on related experience. Anton Paar USA offers full benefits and a profit sharing contribution to your 401k retirement savings. We offer a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years plus additional bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

• Contract review and negotiations with Anton Paar's business partners.
• Create and monitor contractual agreements
• Manage and support employment Visa process with external counsel
• Ensure federal contract compliance
• Support Management Team and external counsel in related matters.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Paralegal certificate or degree, legal assistant or law degree
• Strong negotiation skills and detail orientation
• Excellent legal research, verbal and written communication skills and ability to handle complex and challenging assignments.
• 5+ years of experience in contract review 
• Valid driver's license and passport
