As Procurement Specialist and member of the Materials Management team, you play a key role in managing the flow of instrument sales and inventory levels. You will work in-office at the US Headquarters in Ashland, VA.

The base wage for this position is $22-$24.80 per hour and depends on experience. Anton Paar USA offers full benefits and a profit sharing contribution to your 401k retirement savings. We offer a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years plus additional bonus opportunities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ordering and routing goods to the correct warehouse location and departments.
• Entering and ensuring completeness of purchasing documents. 
• Maintaining optimal stock level of inventory.
• Assistance in export & import processes.

Skills and qualifications you will need:

• Excellent communication, time management, organization, and prioritizing skills.
• 2 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in an international and fast-paced environment.
• Ownership of assigned cases and detail-oriented mindset.
• A business administration degree is strongly preferred.
