As part of the facilities maintenance team you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of campus buildings. You will report to the VP of the Central Region in Vernon Hills, IL. The work schedule is onsite Monday-Friday. The salary range for this position is $19 to $22 per hour and can be higher depending on skills and experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing campus maintenance work
• Cleaning all office spaces including bathrooms and kitchens
• Completing special tasks as assigned

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient use of hand and power tools
• Experience in a trade preferred (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
• Proficiency in using computer and email
